All orders are processed and will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping within North America ranges between 1-2 weeks. International shipping is expected to take 2-4 weeks depending on the location.

Yes, of course! Please indicate that the order is a gift in the comment section when placing your order at checkout. These orders will be shipped with a packing slip that does not include pricing information. All items come in a jewelry box  with a gemstone meaning card and care guide. We also include a card that says “This order is handcrafted for…” - If you would like to send this order directly as a gift, please also write the first name of the person of whom this gift is for so it can be written on the card.  This will be shipped in a matte black bubble mailer.

While we use high-quality elastic, it will stretch over time. I know sometimes things happen which is why we offer a 24 month warranty! If your bracelet or necklace breaks within 1 year of purchasing we are happy to restring it for you at no charge, excluding the cost of shipping which will be split between us and you ( You will cover shipping to have the bracelet returned to us and we will cover the cost to send it back to you). We do our best to source stones that are ethically mined. Most of the stones in our collection come from Thailand and India, as well as China, Canada and the United States. When working with vendors, we are sure to contact them for details on stone sourcing and mining.

All of our pieces are assembled/finished in Canada by us, all cast pieces are made in either Canada, India or China.

Yes! You absolutely can! Essential oils can be placed on any gemstones, but last longest on sandalwood. Simply place a drop or two on your bead and rub it in.
